The theme for this years Congress is Mental Health and Resilience in the Prevention and Management of Chronic Disease. In keeping with the theme we have established a program that includes an afternoon of diverse concurrent sessions, an evening of interactive workshops and a full day of plenary sessions that cover forward thinking topics while introducing new concepts and enhancing knowledge exchange.
Health Care Professionals and all those involved in the prevention and management of chronic disease through primary care, community health centers, Public Health, lipid clinics, cardiac rehabilitation, risk reduction programs, diabetes education programs, EMP/homecare, global risk management programs, NGOs and mental health and addictions programs.
